Launching equipment to be installed inboard below the deck of a ship

The Thru-Hull launcher is a launcher fixed on the vessel. It is installed below the deck of the vessel. It allows the XBT/XCTD probe to be dropped from inside the vessel, so XBT/ XCTD probe can be dropped safely in the bad weather conditions.
