An instrument that observes weather elements in the sky above

This is a system for meteorological observation which is developed and manufactured by Lockheed Martin Sippican, Inc. in USA. This system is composed of a balloon, a GPS radiosonde, and a converter. The wind, temperature, humidity, and direction data are transmitted from the GPS radiosonde hung from the underside of the balloon.
